“Like many people, I suffer from constant neck and shoulder pain, most likely due to sitting at a computer all day for work. First world problems I know, but any kind of chronic pain can be debilitating. I have found that stretching does help so have tried a variety of neck stretching apparatuses. Here is how this one compares in my experience.Pros for this neck stretcher:-Adjustable height-Provides an incline for your back, which has a little give in the plastic so flexes a little under your weight-Comes with a heating device-Accupressure points for your backA few minor cons:-Made of plastic, which is not the most comfortable thing to lie on, but again it's not recommended for use for long periods of time so it's a mild, temporary discomfort- Heat pack is a USB cord and since you have to lie down to use this device you may be limited by location of your power supply if you wanted heat. Maybe a portable power supply/charger would be good for this purpose.-A little bulky in size for storage.”
“I have awful neck pain and told this could help with some stretches and while it looks great it isnt very comfortable to get on. it is hard to get in a good position to lay on this without it moving on me”
“I'm giving this item a 3.75 rating, rounded up to 4, as it DOES help relieve neck pain, but I do find it uncomfortable to use on a regular basis. The heating element is my favorite part of it, but I honestly prefer the foam models to the hard plastic models.I have occipital neuralgia from a pinched nerve in my neck, and it can be quite debilitating. It affects me visually, and impairs my quality of life, so when I saw this device I was quite intrigued. I like my neck being stretched out and being supported in my neck and upper back area. I just wish it was more comfortable, but really, that's my only true beef with this product.I wouldn't gift this, as it comes packaged in a see through plastic bag, not in a real box, and it may not help everybody. Some people may also find it a bit on the painful side, as well. It's a decent unit, but there are better, more comfortable devices out there. It's decent though. The heat is my the best part. It helps to relax tight/tense muscles.3.75 stars!!!!I hope that my review has been helpful :).”
“This is a product that really doesn't need to exist. its 99 cents worth of plastic formed in a way to be the least comfortable possible and comes with a $1.99 "heating pad" for the bargain price of $30.Yeah, it works to stretch your neck so I gave it a couple stars but a rolled up towel would be much more effective and not be nearly so uncomfortable”
“This cervical traction device really stretches out the pressure and pain if used daily. The heated pad gets warm very quickly, almost 3 seconds after powered on. The heat stimulates the blood circulation, which is an extra benefit beyond the stretch. It's well made. Easy to assemble. Recommended.”
