“"Not intended to diagnose or treat any disease or condition" yet it acts like it does. I had tension around my first vertebrae an used this to try to stretch my neck and apply heat. I ended up making it worse and needed to extend my physical therapy. I think it's the structure of the back having this giant lump of plastic near the top of the neck. I have no clue who thought that was a good idea. The only reason it's not one star is because the heating strip is pretty useful. Note that it DOES NOT have an auto-shutoff though, and the manual warns you about this in the most confusing English possible. Also putting it together requires tensioning the arch in a way that makes you feel like you're either going to break it or it's going to snap and fly into your face, so that's not a good sign either.”
“I have a much lesser version of this that is too soft and collapses down too much. This one not only is much more rigid and firm but it is adjustable and more importantly longer to address the entire top of your back and neck for alignment versus the other one I was using that just basically fit into the small of your neck with mushy curvature.I enjoy the heating pad especially on days I do not work out as it helps warm the area.5/5”
“Honestly, a rolled up towel and heating pad are more comfortable and work better. The heating pad is separate and you have to plug it to a USB - which is very inconvenient since the cord is short. It's easy to assemble, but I would not recommend it.”
“This just had our heads hanging backwards, it didn't provide any kind of stretch or traction. The heating element worked great but didn't attach to the "stretching" device very well. This is definitely overpriced at the current price of $28 even with the current 10% off promo.Personally I can't recommend this device.”
“Cheap piece of crap! Don't waste your money on it! If you can manage to even get it in the slot you want, it just pops open as soon as you touch it, causing pain and injury. This product should be banned! Would be minus 10 stars if I could!”
