TRAKK Cervical Traction Device Reviews

The plastic is incredibly stiff. The instructions are small and difficult to figure out at first. No matter where you put it, you have to have a wash cloth or something soft under your head or it will cause pain and migraines. If you try to move it, you can and do pop it out of place and have to wrestle it back in. If you can get it just right, lie on the floor with it and use padding, you do feel stretching in the neck and it's nice.

Does a decent job of providing support and lift for the base of the skull but the lower neck/upper shoulder area completely collapses and caves in when you lay down. Really wanted something that would support the whole neck, not just push on the base of the skull. Will be returning.

I love this thing. I have all over chronic pain issues and arthritis in my neck. I have bought so many products for my neck and nothing comes close to this. A lot of products cause pain before you feel comfort, but this is amazing to lay on. I can feel the stretch all the way down to my lower back. I feel so relaxed and don't have an issue getting up from it.

I have had my cervical spine out of alignment for years and its been causing me the occasional headaches...all due to years of sitting in front of the computer and slouching too much...unknowingly. In time, the damage will only get worse so when I found this neck stretcher, I thought why not try it out. Been using it for a few days now and it definitely helps stretch the spine and relieves the pressure on the nerves.....haven't felt this much relief in a while, with fewer headache episodes. I think overall, the quality is pretty good as it does what it's supposed to. I would agree with one of the other reviewers that when you set it on the biggest stretch that it becomes difficult to go back to the lower levels and it'll pop out. I'm fine with this as I am now using the 3rd level anyway and will most likely stick to this level from now on. Came well packaged and fast.

It's a relaxing resting position, but doesn't actually stretch your neck or back. There is little relief in your upper back when using this.

This is easy to set up and use. Unfortunately, it is very uncomfortable and caused increased pain in my neck. I had a soft material neck stretcher that I thought was too soft, as it turns out it was just right.

Great neck stretcher, especially for beginners. Still in the process of working on my posture, but it helps with upper body back pains.
