I'm reserving my last star for the absolute most comfortable neck stretcher ever that comes in a color I really love. This one is almost there. 👍🏻

Wish this was better but I cannot keep the top plate to stay clipped in on the tallest setting. Everytime I lean back it pops out.

This thing is too flimsy to work. Bends when I lay on it. Not very effective.

This product give me what I need to loosen up my neck and upper back. At first it was uncomfortable but as I continue to use it, once every other day, I got used to it and get a deeper stretch. I broke my back 40 years ago, as I aged my back/neck got more sore and less movable. This, and being consistent with use, is helping. I recommend.

I received today and tried it out immediately! chose this stretcher thinking it would be more comfortable by supporting my lower neck... it is like laying on rocks. I adjusted the height and on one of the settings, it popped loose as I laid back on it. (yes, it was secure as I had done on other settings) I should have purchased the soft one, like the chiropractor said, just roll a towel up and put under your neck.

Product is very easy to use as you just lay on the floor and stretch your neck and back muscles. My neighbor noticed that I was rubbing my back and mentioned this to me. He brought out his had be lay down and after 5 minutes or so my pain was greatly reduced. As soon as I returned home I ordered one. Arrived very quick as was easy to assemble. I use it probably every 3 to 4 days. Not because of returning pain but more as a preventive measure. Highly recommend!

My neck had been aching for MONTHS. I could also feel it triggering down my left arm. I knew it was from my posture while at the computer but I couldn't seem to alter my position consistently. Instead, I saw a chiropractor twice a week as well as a massage therapist. Not to mention all the self-massage trying to find relief. Every morning I would wake up stiff from neck pain. After reading several reviews for this device and some others, I spent $20 (a fraction of my medical costs for this problem). I am female with a long neck so I adjusted it to the next-to-last slot and laid down on it. I slowly shifted my head left and right and rested on the pain points. It was painful! I spent about 15 minutes. I had no idea my occipital muscles were so tight or that they were related to the neck, shoulder, and arm pain I'd been experiencing. Later that evening, the pain I'd been feeling for months was gone. I was afraid to mention it to my husband for fear I would wake up from this dream. But, three days later, the pain is gone. Now I'm using it for maintenance. If I'm working closely at my computer, I take a short break to rest on the device. I also do it at the end of the workday. I just cancelled all my chiropractic appointments. Amazing!
