“I love this product! It really helps with my cervical condition, it helps to relieve the stress and really stretch my neck and shoulder area. I suffer from a lot of neck and shoulder pain after over 20 years in the military and I would recommend this product to others who suffer from the same! It was a little painful with the first few stretches, which is to be expected for some people, but after loosening up by doing short repetitions of 5-10 second stretches, it really helped release a lot of tension and realign my neck with traction.
