“I was hopeful this would help my neck pain however, it not only made my neck pain worse but also added back pain to the mix. I was hoping I would get used to it but each time of using it I suffered the effects of it for several days”
“It doesn't feel like it's doing much while using it, but it definitely decreases pain after you're done. I use it a lot while sitting in my recliner watching TV, it puts my head in the perfect viewing position and allows my neck to rest. I had a double fusion in my neck several years back and this really helps.”
“It relieves shoulder and neck pain and improves my posture. It works for me. I recommend starting slowly, 5 minutes and maybe work up to 10. I like using it a couple times a week before going to bed.”
“The media could not be loaded. Great idea jus very poorly and cheaply made…i used to have “the kenko back†which is identical looking but was just made alot better…its a great idea…gives back a good stretch and you can position it to crack different parts of back…my kenko broke and i returned to TRAKK to buy a new 1…this product looked identical was 10$ cheaper so i went with it…..regret it…product is less comfortable and cheaper made…does not bend enough to stay in slots that are supposed to hold the different angles and just pops out constantly……spend the extra money and get the name brand product because its a great idea and you will use it daily”
“It doesn't feel like it's doing much at first, but I have noticed that I have a more restful sleep if I use it for about 5 minutes just before bed. My heart rate goes below my resting heart rate more often on my Fitbit on the nights that I use it. So it must be doing something to help my body relax that I'm not totally adware of.”
“doesn't really work, that's prob a me thing though, I have an abnormally long back which causes my back pain and this didn't do much because its for normal people, look at other reviews to see if t works on others.”
