They don't stay up for me so I have to use athletic tape around the top to secure it to my thigh. They keep my strained quad muscle compressed and warm.

I wear most of these products when I sleep for repair and just overall circulation on damaged spots, I work warehouse work lifting and moving constantly. And the damages I talk an bout ate old so I still am able to keep up with the youth. It's all about blood flow.

This thing will just bunch up and eventually just roll down your leg. Buy compression tights instead.

As the headline says, it is made out of awesome material, it feels great and stretches nicely. Now, it also has great thigh bands that has anti slip feature. I have 17" calf, 21" thigh at the 5" away from knee (and it gets thicker), and 9.5" ankle. I have pretty thick legs and thighs considering my short statue (5'8"). Unfortunately these items offer no compression. The thigh bands are very tight but no meaningful compression overall. If you need actual compression, I'm thinking you have to get some medical grade ones? I'm still researching meanwhile. It does look and feel great again so if you want to look cool during your sporting event, these are for you.

The thigh fit was perfect per size chart.. The compression or snug fit around the knee and calf were non compressive.. The upper seam has a rubber like lining to prevent slippage, I guess? It turns into multiple pressure points of discomfort.. Avoid the product.
