“There are a lot of products like this so I chose the cheapest and I love it. The pain from my plantar faciitis was relieved more by this arch band than anything. I can wear it all day with complete comfort. It is thin enough that it doesn't add bulk to my foot inside my shoes (i.e. doesn't make my shoe any tighter on my foot). I've rinsed it out and let it dry and it doesn't seem to be stretching when I compare it to the other unworn band. The other thing that seemed to "cure" my PF was three whole days of staying off my feet with my feet propped up on a foot stool because of some surgery on my leg. All the icing and stretching and exercising didn't help my PF but rest and this arch band did the trick. PF almost all gone now.”
