Works good but for lower back it does tend to ride up so not much support where needed all the time without tugging/pulling.

This back brace is flexible and comfortable to wear. This is what I would consider to be a "soft" brace in that there are no hard inserts for support. This makes the brace more comfortable but reduces the amount of support that it provides. This also makes the edges more prone to rolling over instead of staying flat. Because this brace is made to accommodate a large range of sizes, there is a significant amount of overlap in the Velcro closure. I typically prefer one that is more properly sized, especially to wear under clothing where an overlapped area would show outside of a shirt. I have no way of testing the copper component or its effectiveness in the brace. The neoprene material does retain heat and help with injury recovery. Overall this is a decent back brace if this style of brace suits your purposes.

These are almost identical to the old Copper Fit. I can't use a support with rigid stays. I couldn't get a snug fit when wearing it low because it has a thin sponge padding on the back. It rides up with any movement defeating the purpose of the support. If you need a support for a bit higher on the back this product would be great and the padding will be helpful. I'm keeping it and hope it becomes more flexible with wear.

The media could not be loaded. The sizing guide picture at the upper left side of the product description page gives a good idea of which size brace to get. For me, I wear pants with a waist size 32-33 and this small/medium brace fits me fine. This lightweight back brace is soft, flexible, and comfortable. While wearing this, as I bend forward, side-to-side, and bend back a little, the brace does not dig into my skin in an uncomfortable manner.I like that, as I am working in my garden, I can move about in various positions (crouching down or on my knees to pull out weeds, for instance), and the brace does not limit my movement. The back brace stays in place for most of my activities. The velcro area stays on strong, without loosening as I go about my activities. However, when I wore this while running on the treadmill, the back brace slides up a bit.note: I don't usually wear a brace while running; but, I wanted to see how this brace did while I was exercising. When I wear this brace under my shirt, it is not as bulky as some of the other, more rigid back braces that I use.To wash this brace, the label says: "hand wash in cold water, air dry; do not bleach; do not iron; do not dry clean; do not tumble dry".Overall, I like using this brace in and around the house; but, for strenuous activities (such as when I am at work), I prefer the current back brace I am using, which does not have copper in the material, is more rigid, and provides more support for my mild-to-moderate back pain.
