“I followed all product instructions and yet the fabric is lifting up. Not a big deal just expected more for the cost.It's also almost always too cold to put on straight out of the freezer and I like to let it sit out about 5 minutes and then it's perfect for those stubborn headaches that won't budge.”
“Headache be gone I have been using this for a few weeks now, I get headaches pretty close to everyday. Light, sounds, and smells make it so much worse. I put this on and it really helps, it compresses to my head and makes it feel better almost instantly. There is a little bit of a smell when you first get this product but it didn't bother me while I had it on. I liked that it hugged my head and covered my eyes. I also liked that it could be worn 2 different ways. Over your head (bedtime) while driving as a headband (during the day). I liked that you could heat it up or have it cooled. Both work great!”

“Helps relieve, doesn't heal I suffer from almost daily headaches and bi-weekly migraines. I have always been skeptical with things that say that say they can “relieve†my pain. But since this had so many good reviews, I decided to give it a shot.I keep mine in the freezer all the time. I know it says “only 15 minutesâ€Â, but that's not enough. Instead, I let it sit for about ten minutes and put it on. I don't let it sit over my eyes all the time because of how cold it can get.But this product actually helps. Because of how cold I keep it, it completely takes my mind off of the headache I'm experiencing. It compresses your head and feels so comfortable whether you have it on fully or not.Now, it does not take away the headache completely. This is not a cure for headaches. What this is, is a form of relief for the pain. Obviously, due to the strength of your headache, take medicine as you normally would, but letting this wrap sit on your head while you have a headache, can actually assist in relieving you from the pain.I use it multiple times a week, and even my fiancA� loves to use it help himself cool down because of how cold it can get. Just be careful if you leave it in the freezer all the time. That thing is freezing!”
“Works well for me I first tried using this straight from the freezer but it was so cold it intensified the headache for me. After it warmed for a few minutes it was tolerable and did a great job of providing relief. When I get a migraine it often starts early in the morning, i.e. I wake up with it. I now keep this in the refrigerator and as soon as I wake up with a headache I put it on and go back to bed and between the cold, blackout effect and a bit more sleep I wake up with either no headache or a much more manageable one.I'm surprised by other reviews saying this loses all its cooling effect with minutes. I don't experience that. To me it stays cool even out of the frig, instead of freezer, for more than hour which a feel is great.”
“I suffer from chronic migraines and tension headaches. This cap/mask has been a game changer. I use this baby straight out of the freezer. I will advise you use this with a thin cotton bonnet or scarf to put between the cap and your head. It makes the cap more tolerable straight out of the freezer. I have noticed, after having the cap on for 15-25 minutes, a lot of the tension and pain in my skull has reduced to manageable levels. Occasionally the pain had completely subsided. If you suffer from chronic headaches or migraines, I would strongly recommend. However, there is one minor con, the smell. The cap has a strong smell. Even several weeks and after many hours of use later, it still has this chemically type odor.”
