“This has been really great for headaches. It takes the edge off as you wait for medicince to kick in or it can take the edge off until you can fall asleep and try to get ride of the headache. It is soft and you can sleep on it well. The only complaint is that is smells so bad. I put it on my head but literally have to plug my nose and once I take it off my head I can still smell the odor on my head and in my nose.”
“I had a friend suggest these to me and they are the BEST, even when I have one on that hasn't been in the freezer I still feel a lot of pain relief.When you go to put these on make sure you let it warm up for a minute or two out of the freezer so you don't get brain freeze.”

“Buy NOW! I have cronic migraines and I bought this on a whim. It is so wonderful and cold. I've used cold packs before, but they fall off and I can't roll over in bed or a walk around without them falling off. This stays on, and puts slight pressure around your whole head. It is silky soft and covers your eyes. It looks like a beanie if you wear it outside (yes I did), and if you're throwing up because of pain...it stays on then too. It also cools very quickly in the freezer. I've bought another one so I can just switch them out. I highly recommend. The only critique or advice I would give is that it is VERY cold when it comes out of the freezer. Leave it out for about 5 minutes before putting it on. 28”
