“I have chronic migraines and have tried so many ice packs… PROS: VERY comfortable, soft on my head. No pieces of ice or gel packs to feel. You can wear it on your head fine and you can also pull it down over your eyes, which is really nice. It's kinda like a wetsuit material. CONS: It doesn't stay super cold very long. Maybe 20 minutes max, but I still love it.”
