“I often have multi-day headaches caused by pain radiating from my neck and into the right side of my head. These headaches are miserable and come with pain, nausea, and sensitivity to light and scent. PT helped and some medications, but nothing has been foolproof. Well, so far, so good with this hat. I've now had three headaches that I have been able to ward off by using it. The combination of cold, pressure, and darkness seems to really help me and this hat is so much easier to manage than a bag of ice. Highly recommend. I am very pleased with the product. I will say that all 3 times I fell asleep wearing it, but really see no drawbacks there, unless I needed it during the day.”
“I have had migraines for nearly 50 years! The beauty of this item is it is soft, when it's on it slightly compresses and blocks light. It's a soft gel neoprene sleeve for your head. Have not tried it warm. Frankly room temperature is “cool†and nice. Would buy this again.”
“This product is a great, but their is a learning curve to use. What do I mean by that statement? It's to cold straight out of freezer, you have to let it sit for a few minutes to 5 minutes before using or it's to cold on your head and the cold causes pain”

It gets VERY cold, but if you have a migraine, I promise that's what you want. If you have kids, this could also make a great easy ice pack.I did try it warmed up just once to see if it would help with cramps (WARNING: it has to be room temp before you put it in the microwave. It cannot go straight from the freezer to the microwave). It did help and was nice not needing to fill up my hot water bottle. Only small complaint is it gets slightly damp from the heat and has a faint funky smell. Nothing major. 9”

“I wish I had this years ago Heard about this from a friend. I bought two in case I want to change from one to another when one warms up, for a bad headache. I keep them in the fridge cause the freezer is just cruel. Wearing it usually puts me to sleep, so I have decided to bring it to bed every night, and I just pull it off as I start to doze. I mentioned Thera Ice to my neurologist and he liked the idea and started talking to me about the physics of it and why it will help with headaches. I love it and am so grateful.
