“This really helps with my migraines, however I usually don't pull it down over my eyes. Maybe when the elasticity gives a bit after continued use, however brand new it is too tight. It still helps though, and I wear it like a stocking cap.”
“If you have frequent headaches, I 100% reccomend this. I was skeptical for sure... But the slight pressure and the cold (or hot) surrounding your head instead of just choosing forehead or neck with an ice (or heat) pack...it takes a miserable headache/migraine down to one that is at least manageable. Looks goofy. But it's my new friend. 😗
“This helps so much for my husband and I . He suffers from migraines and this actually helped him . Didn't take the migraine away completely but lessened the pain alot . Definitely help with tension headaches . But amazing it just feels good to have the cold covering ur eyes and head . Great way to relax.”
“This has really helped my migraines. I was skeptical because when I get them, I can't stand any pressure whatsoever on my head. Nothing can be touching it besides whatever I'm laying on (bed, couch, etc.) not even a pillow. I tried this and was pleasantly surprised that it helped and didn't make worse. It has also helped me fall asleep at night which is great.”
“I have I.I.H. which is idiopathic intercranial hypertension it's a rare condition when your brain and body think you have a brain tumor, and you have all the symptoms of a brain tumor without a tumor.. I get blinding pain in my eyes, head , and neck and this ice pack has made a huge difference. I highly recommend it”
“I've used various ice packs for migraines for roughly 11 years. It is a useful pain relief strategy for me personally, especially when trying to fall asleep with a migraine. My 5 y.o. was recently diagnosed with migraines as well and started using all of my ice packs. I ordered three of these after reading reviews so that we could both use one and have a spare if needed. It fits both my head and my petite 5 year old daughter's head, so it is a good "one size fits all." It is comfortable to wear and to sleep in. My only real issue is that it is incredibly cold for the first minute or two. Almost unbearably so. I have several other gel ice packs and none of them get this cold. Once the initial freezing temperature goes away, it is a good coldness for pain relief for about 10-15 minutes. Then I switch to a fresh one if needed. I am very happy with these, as is my daughter, and I will probably order a few more for easier rotations on bad migraine days. Bonus that they're HSA eligible.”
“Love this product for helping get me through my migraines. It's like the Thundervests you can put on dogs to calm them but this one is for my head. The cold therapy helps distract from the pain, it's snug and helps put pressure on the head while also blocking out light. Had an issue with some stitching coming loose and they replaced it no problem. Highly recommend.”
“I've had migraines for most of my life and nothing gives me relief except medication. When my meds fail, I usually have to go to the doctor and get a "migraine cocktail" shot. Now that I'm pregnant and can't get the shot, I've been using this and Im absolutely shook. It gives me about an hour of relief and by then it's cold again and I put it back on and have another hour of relief. It has a slight compression which feels soothing and it's completely dark over my eyes, which of course helps. The coldness is a little bit of a shock but after a minute it's perfect. Couldn't recommend this enough.”
