“My wife has a lot of health issues and most of them bring migraines with them. I got this for her, hoping it would help to relieve even a little bit of the pain. Turns out I am the best husband in the world! It's comfortable, allbeit slightly heavier than expected, but that helps to compress your head along with the cooling and I didn't realize it is also a blackout mask too. Well worth the price. Definitely recommend!”
“Good but This cap is comfortable, no doubt one size fits all because I have a big head. I've been dealing with migraines since I was a kid. My go to for relief besides the usual meds, dark room, sleep has been to apply menthol (icy hot) on my head and wrap a bandana tightly around my head. This migraine cap basically does this for me.I have 2 complaints about it but really its only 1 because my other complaint is obvious. So I will start with that one. Right out of the freezer it is uncomfortably cold. But hey it just came out of the freezer. I had to wear my bandana under the cap.My 2nd and real complaint is that the coldness doesnt last very long. Maybe it will last longer when its no longer summer but for now I get about 15min of real cold relief. I still recommend this product.”
“I like this, but . . . I think these are great, but should come in sizes.When I have a migraine my head can't take a tight fit in anything, including eye masks. These are great as eye masks and I find it's cool enough from ambient temp to wear as a light blocking sleep mask. Without a headache, they feel great. However, if I wake up with a headache after wearing this, it feels very tight and I can't use it for it's intended purpose. (I'm 5.2 and a woman -- I have an average size head, not a big melon.)Manufacturer states that they can be stretched out to fit, but to be careful not to overstretch. I'm going to try, but the seam around the top doesn't stretch at all, which means you can't pull it down far enough without squeezing the top of your head.However, if you just need the gel pack part to stretch, it could work for a migraine -- or if you have a small head.Or if you only want an eye mask that blocks all light and feels cool on your head and face, it's awesome. 6”
“This product is so amazing, I bought a 2nd one for my son and husband to share. I was tired of them stealing mine!It literally lasts hours. I fall asleep with it on. I end up taking it puff in the middle of the night, but early am hours, I can reuse it. It's cool enough to still work, but it's so soothing as well because it's dark, soft, and hugs your head. This is by far the best product for my headaches!!!”
“Aside from looking super silly with this on, it's an amazing product. It's the perfect tightness for me, and I can get it low enough to get my neck. Doesn't hurt or poke. The last headache hat I had was hard ice packs and was not comfortable at all. This gel one is amazing and I've already gotten 2 other people to buy it. 10/10”
