“This gel pack got nice and cold in the freezer, and it stayed soft and conformed very well across the neck. I used it for cervical pain from a herniated disc at c6-c7, and it really helped with the nerve pain. The liner also made sure it was cold but not too cold. I'm buying a second one as I come on to leave this review! I especially found it useful to sit in a recliner while wearing it, so it made even better contact. Nice product!”
“How long it stays cold depends on body temperature and household temperature. This ice pack stays cold for about 30 minutes on me and after that it is just cool for the next half hour or so before feeling warm to the touch. When not in use, I store it in my freezer set to zero degrees. I like the flexibility of this gel ice pack, but it doesn't conform that well to my neck. I am more on the petite side, so that could have something to do with it. I suffer from chronic neck pain and it is mostly the vertebrae right at the base of my skull that give me trouble. This wrap doesn't sit very close to my skin at the top of my neck, so that's a bummer for me. I still like wearing it and do get some relief from it…but it could be better.”
“Meh. The velcro is too rough and it's not quite big enough. I am small, too. I wish it were bigger. I have their headache “hat†which is perfect. A bit disappointed in this. I found i need to roll it up to make the best neck contact.”

“I have to ice my neck 3 times a day as part of my physical therapy routine. This is an excellent ice pack! The flexible material is so soft and comfortable. It gets nice and cold without being stiff or uncomfortable. I like how it wraps around and Velcro's in front. Please note - do NOT throw away the clear Ziploc style baggie that the product comes in - you are supposed to put it in the bag each time you put it in the freezer. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs to ice their neck!”
“I have tried many different ice packs. This material is the best I have found. It is very comfortable and flexible and fits closely. There is nothing stiff or hard about it. The velcro works well to keep it on my neck. It stays cold long enough. I would say that it is a good value even though it seems high because it is such good quality. I recommend to anyone with chronic neck pain.”
