“Ergonomic design and adjustable to fit. I don't use heat so can't comment. Taken out of freezer after 24 hours; loses functional cold within 15 minutes. Keep in plastic bag it comes with or a zip lock when freezing. Buy 2 or 3 if you want sustained cold.”

It's comfortable to wear around your neck and provides cold relieve for pain and soreness. When not in use, keep it inside the included plastic bag, even inside the freezer. I would recommend.”
