“Love the idea of this item, but only probkem I ran into was that I barely jad enough vecro to hold into place because apparently my neck is smaller than average and could barely keep this on if I got up and moved around.”

“I was looking for one of these for a while to help with some swollen lymph nodes. It get cold and warm pretty quickly but I don't think this is too much of a problem because it's a good reminder to take breaks between applications.It is very malleable after freezing - no more fighting to get the ice pack into the right shape to feel effective!I only took off a star; while the velcro is nice as a closure, my neck is on the thin side and it doesn't feel snug. I will have to move this around to get specific sides of my neck to cool. And with velcro, it will stretch and lose its "stickiness" after a few more uses. I wish this had some sort of button closure, or some sort of slip through to hold the sides in place.”
