“I love this product. Covers the part of my neck I need it to. Safe, great quality. My only problem is the Velcro neck straps in front irritate my neck skin. I do have sensitive skin. The straps are necessary to keep it in optimal position. I hope I can figure out a solution. Maybe placing cloth between my skin and straps or attaching lower. Any suggestions, I want this to work because otherwise perfect.”
“I had a cervical fusion a few years ago, and while it helped quite a bit, I still have ongoing pain between my spine and shoulder. I have numerous cold packs, but this one is unique in that it truly does mould itself around your entire neck. This is how ALL neck wraps should be designed. Most of mine are the type that have gel beads inside of plastic, and while this one stays cold the same length of time, this fits so, so much better than those with the beads. Usually, I'm constantly shifting a cold wrap around my neck because I can feel the areas that it's not reaching, but not with this one. It has equal pressure and equal cold everywhere that it touches. It has a bit of weight to it and I like that-- it feels like it helps the cold to penetrate better. “This is easy to use and cools quickly.I use it for migraines that make everything above my collarbone ache.The biggest issue I have with this is that it does not stay cold very long. It loses its cold effect almost immediately. The other issue is that it sits a bit awkwardly. It does not lay flush against the back of my neck. The only way to have it sit closer to my neck is if I tighten it right under my chin and then it becomes uncomfortable.”
