“Icing my elbow is as comfy as possible with this icing sleeve. Very satisfied. Gets cold in freezer in 2 hours, lasts on your body 15 minutes. Just as it is supposed to.”
“I've always dreaded icing because I'm lazy and don't like bulky ice packs on my elbow. This elbow ice compression sleeve is easy to put on and very form fitting. I wear it between 10-15 minutes per usage and it says cold. I'm guessing it wouldn't stay colder for much longer but I don't need it to.”
“The cold only lasts for about 15 minutes, but that is okay because those 15 minutes are intensely uncomfortable. It gets so cold it hurts! The compression is nice though and it's a very soft, silky fabric. It's just so damn cold.”
“This sleeve hot/cold pack is a good idea. It hugs your knee and delivers warmth or cold where you want it. Apparently, though, it stretches with just a few uses. I ordered the size based on the measurement chart provided with the product information. The first time I used it, it fit well and I could walk around without it slipping down. Very quickly, however, it must have stretched because I can no longer walk around without the sleeve slipping down my leg and I've only used it a couple of times. If you plan to order this, you may want to go down a size. I am considering ordering another in size small to see if it will stay put when walking around - even if it does stretch again, as someone with arthritis, I can use it on my elbow or ankle, etc. Still give it 4 stars because it delivers the heat/cold efficiently where it needs to go. Also, I'm not tall so since it's stretched out any way, I now roll the top and bottom of the sleeve so that it just covers my knee and not halfway up my thigh and down my shin.”
“Very comfortable. I almost wish I had ordered a slightly smaller size so i would be a little tighter for a compression aspect but it's so comfortable to wear and so much easier than an ice pack or bag of frozen veggies. The gel is soft and the product is very durable”
