“I love this ice sleeve which I use several times a day. It fits well (I used the guidance provided to choose the size) and is quite comfortable to wear. It does emit an odor, but I cannot smell it at all during use. I slip it in the freezer, using the provided plastic bag, for a couple of hours before use. (Actually I keep it in the freezer whenever I am not using it.) it gets very cold, but unfortunately the cold temperature does not last that long—maybe fifteen to twenty minutes, though it is still somewhat cool for some time after that. I wish it stayed cold longer, but it has been a big help for my knee pain.”
“The photo shows this product on my right arm. I love this because it stays in place and I can do things while I'm getting my ice therapy. I have a small arms and knees but this product will fit over both and rebounds well. The gel is great because it's not stiff and inflexible. After one hour of freezing I can put this on my elbow then my shoulder and then my thoracic spine. It's great follow the instructions it's a warm pack too. I just can't say enough about how happy I am that I bought this.”
“These sleeves are very comfortable and easy to use. They are much more convenient to use on my forearms than the regular Velcro type of wrap.I really liked using these, however I'm not sure about the durability. I had a pair for about a year but had to throw them away because there was an oily fluid coming out of them, I guess the gel must have been coming out, it was kinda gross and left spots if I rested my arms down. I guess a year is not too bad, but I think I'll try to find a more durable solution before buying any more of these.”
