“These are great in that they go around my entire knee and are super easy to put on. The issue is that they only stay cold for Max of 10 minutes.Currently I'm slipping these on then wrapping another ice pack over them”

“I don't use this for heat but I use it for icing. The sleeve works but the first one after 6 months is stretched out and loose fitting now. Also the gel packing inside started to split. I ordered a second one and that second sleeve s gel packing split after the first day. I guess don't bend you arms wit this thing on. At least they sent me a replacement”

“I researched many similar brands, before purchasing this one. I like the sleeve design (purchased mine for knee inflammation). It is well made and is a great value!!! (Many are more expensive; no need to pay more). I will say that it runs a bit small. The size chart directed me to size Medium. However, I ordered a Medium and a Large. I kept the Large. If in doubt, size up. (I am 5'7" and 140 lbs.).”
