“I really like how comfortable and y stay in place this Ice pack is. The tube slides on like a sock,( for a knee) and stays in place when resting . Cool feel also lasts about the recommended length of time for ICE PACK use.”

However, the gel inside is separated so there is about two inches of space where the gel is not and that has also eliminated some of the original compression as it stretched out. I have used this 3-4 times a day for about 2 months so that may be expected with these products for this price.”
