“My husband used this cold sleeve for his knee after acl surgery. It fits perfectly and he can wear it while moving around as opposed to ice/icepacks. He loved it so I bought him an extra because the freeze duration lasts for about 15-20 min max. Careful not to stretch it too much becuase the elasticity may wear out if frequently overstetched.”
“Works well, but I thought I was getting one for the elbow and one for the knee based on the main picture showing one on the elbow and one on the knee. Terribly misleading. Product itself is good, but not one for $30.”
“This sleeve hot/cold pack is a good idea. It hugs your knee and delivers warmth or cold where you want it. Apparently, though, it stretches with just a few uses. I ordered the size based on the measurement chart provided with the product information. The first time I used it, it fit well and I could walk around without it slipping down. Very quickly, however, it must have stretched because I can no longer walk around without the sleeve slipping down my leg and I've only used it a couple of times. If you plan to order this, you may want to go down a size. I am considering ordering another in size small to see if it will stay put when walking around - even if it does stretch again, as someone with arthritis, I can use it on my elbow or ankle, etc. Still give it 4 stars because it delivers the heat/cold efficiently where it needs to go. Also, I'm not tall so since it's stretched out any way, I now roll the top and bottom of the sleeve so that it just covers my knee and not halfway up my thigh and down my shin.”
“Keep it in the freezer so I can ice my sore knee down several times a day. Relatively easy on and off. The best thing about this ice pack is that it makes all sides of the knee cold.”
“Its very easy to put on and stays on. Much easier than struggling with the Velcro type ice packs. It doesn't stay cold for more than 10 minutes. I got a size Large and I can easily fit another gel pack inside. It's comfortable and not restrictive.”
