“Don't recommend if you want / need a long lasting cold product on you. Mines only stay cold about 6 mins as I used others that last about 30 mins. I will purchase a different item as this one does not last long. It is quick and easy to use but for my knee pain, need something that last.”
“Comfortable product. I would love to find one that more isolated the elbow instead of most of my arm. I ordered a medium and should have gotten a small. This would be great on a knee.”
