“I like the way this elbow sleeve chills and covers much of my arm, since my pain from tennis elbow tends to run from above my elbow all the way down to my wrist. I also have pain from both tendons, top and bottom, and this addresses both problems. One warning, however: it is heavy, and I found that I strained my injury further if I tried to walk around with it while holding up my arm. I need to sit down and rest my arm on a padded chair arm while it is chilling, otherwise it is a toss up as to whether I am doing more good by icing the injury or making it worse by straining it further. Don't imagine you can wear this while going about your day.”
“This knee ice pack is excellent. It's so easy to use and get on. The coldness level is just right. The compression and comfort are perfect. I like being able to use it for hot or cold. Look no further. This is do much better than others I've tried.”
“This just about does the trick -- I wanted something that was easy to slide onto my arm after tennis to help with forearm & bicep discomfort. Slides on easily and helps spread the cold with a couple of nits- first, it doesn't actually stay cold for that long (probably max 10 minutes) and second, it has a tendency to slide and bunch at the elbow instead of staying stretched over the entire arm length. But these aren't enough for me to not recommend it. I have not needed to use it on my calf or leg, but I would expect the bunching/sliding there to be more severe.”
“I bought this for my daughter for after frozen shoulder surgery and her arm was still not right. This cuff helped put pressure on here arm between her elbow and wrist to relieve pain.”
