“First of all I was shocked to have this arrive today! I ordered it last night and saw that it would arrive in 2 days. This was understandable since I ordered it late in the evening last night. My husband hurt his calf muscle 2 weeks ago and even with physical therapy has found little relief from pain. We have ice packs but they do not contour to the calf's shape. This is PERFECT!!! It is the right size and after putting it in the freezer for 2 hours I put it on my husband's calf muscle. Thank you !! My husband is walking with it on. It doesn't slide down. Very comfortable for him to use> He still has to use his cane to avoid weight bearing but this along with the cane and the physical therapy will get him to optimal healing. One last very important comment to make about this product: My husband just told me that the physical therapist wants him to alternate between cold and hot applications. This product allows both heat and cold to be used . Microwaving it for the heat and freezing it for the cold!. My husband wouldn't believe that I could find such a product on TRAKK. Well he is a believer now!”

“When viewing the item, it appeared that I would be receiving 1 item to ice my elbow and another for my knee or at least that the gel pad would fit both, instead I received 1 item for my knee…I bought this for my tennis elbow so this item is a bit large for my arm.”
“I love the jel sleeve. It's so comfortable and easy to use. Unfortunately it on;y last about 5 minutes. I tried it with both heat and cold. Feels so good when you put it on. It really relaxed and limits the pain. BUT it only last about 5 minutes. Most therapist recommend 20 minutes to be of benefit.”
“It's very convenient to use but I had to return it after two uses because 1) I could not get more than 3-5 mins of use, gel does not stay cold for long once you put it on your body 2) The stitches came out and it started ripping so poor quality. I don't expect it to last long.”
