“It's very convenient to use but I had to return it after two uses because 1) I could not get more than 3-5 mins of use, gel does not stay cold for long once you put it on your body 2) The stitches came out and it started ripping so poor quality. I don't expect it to last long.”
“I initially bought a size small to use for my elbow and it was too large to stay in place. I use it for my calf now and it fits perfectly. I am a rather small person and wish the made an extra small that I could use. I do love it though. I just take it out of the freezer and slide it on. I can walk around and do whatever I want without having to sit still for 20 minutes to ice an area.”

“Pros; it is comfortable and easy to use. Cons: it really does not stay cold long enough. This would not be such an issue ,because you're only supposed to ice for 20 minutes on and off. However, it takes a good two hours to get cold again.”
