“This sleeve is easy to slide on warm or cold. My husband loves it. It doesn't slide off with any movements. It's soothing and it's helped the swelling in his knee come down. It doesnt stay very cold more than 15mins. Which is good, no skin damage due to cold.”
“I initially bought a size small to use for my elbow and it was too large to stay in place. I use it for my calf now and it fits perfectly. I am a rather small person and wish the made an extra small that I could use. I do love it though. I just take it out of the freezer and slide it on. I can walk around and do whatever I want without having to sit still for 20 minutes to ice an area.”

“Pros; it is comfortable and easy to use. Cons: it really does not stay cold long enough. This would not be such an issue ,because you're only supposed to ice for 20 minutes on and off. However, it takes a good two hours to get cold again.”
