“I have torn cuffs and it doesn't fit well. I tried to get an autho to return but first no one answered than she couldn't speak English than they were supposed to call back. Service is getting crappy”
“This was a saving grace for the discomfort I felt in my right hand whenever I used my laptop. The edge of the laptop hits on the bottom part of my right hand and after a short while, I experience pain that prevents me from working.After putting this on my hand, it is cushioned by the gel inside and thereby eliminating the pain!! Also nice to know that it can be frozen which would help diminish the pain.”

“I keep it in the freezer and when my wrist hurts just take it out, put it on, and continue with what I was doing. Very convenient & it mostly works for my problem. Cold lasts about 10 minutes and it stays cool for another 5 or so. After it warms up since it is a good insulator. I usually leave it for 30-40 minutes so I get some warming. Afterward my wrist feels much better. Only 4 stars because I wish the gel was thicker so it would last a bit longer. If I wear it out I'll likely buy another.”
“This cold pack is very comfortable and comes out of the freezer nice and cold, but the cold wears off in less than 5 minutes. And, after all, it's the cold that matters. Disappointed.”
