TRAKK Hot & Cold Wrist Pack for Help Hand Injuries & Swelling Reviews

4 Rating 86 Reviews
These are very comfortable to wear. But the gel technology doesn't hold cold or heat very long. Overnight in the freezer...5 minutes of cold.... Or, Fresh out of the microwave....5mins of heat....Great fit and comfort, needs new type of gel packs.

The only thing I do not like is that it only stays warm for 15-20mins but other than that, it's great!

This was so much more comfortable than I anticipated! I recently had a cast removed for a broken wrist, this has made my recovery so much easier to manage. Several reviews said that it was tight but it fits rather loose on my hand and wrist. It does get EXTREMELY cold at first and the coldness lasts for about 15-20 minutes. Would definitely recommend this!

... but fails in execution.Like a few other reviews have stated, they only stay cold for a few minutes. Unfortunate because the potential is there for a great product. If you're okay with 5-10 minutes of cold therapy these are okay.I do still use them every morning when I get home from work, even if it's just a few minutes...

Well, there are instructions, you just can't see them. In order to save on packaging costs, the seller just stuck the shipping label on the package. It covers the entire set of instructions and does not peel off . So I'm just guessing on heating, care or anything else that may keep me from using this correctly or voiding the warranty. The very thin fabric lets the cold be uncomfortably cold for a few minutes, then it warms up rapidly. It's really only usable for a 10-15 minutes at a time.

I bought this to relieve pain from Mommy wrist (aka de Quervain's tenosynovitis). This ice pack was comfortable but unfortunately has a gap in the gel right at the sides of your wrist where my pain is located.
