“I got this for tendinitis in my hand. I wear generally as just a support and is fine. The icing benefit is a plus! Yes, it only stays cold for about 15 minutes, but then, you're not suppose to ice for more than that anyway. Even when not cooled or heated, makes a nice brace.”

“First of all, this is 100% honest! I am a slime maker and use my wrist all the time. I ordered a mixer but until then I had to use my hands, I had a Velcro brace but it pulled on my clothes and absolutely ruined them…I ordered this wrist-brace-ice-pack-thing so I would stop worrying about that. It came in while I was on vacation and when I got home it felt amazing! It was cool and helped with my hand. It does leave a bit of goo residue on my hands after I warm up (for instance doing ballet/dance/excessive exercise/etc.) but nothing to worry about.
