“It's very comfortable and fits even my small wrist/hand. However, even when in the freezer overnight, it doesn't stay cold for very long, maybe 5-7 minutes. I'm supposed to have 15 minutes of cold at a time, but the product definitely doesn't last that long.”
“I love it. I did not buy it to use on my wrist. I have tendinitis and it is in my thumb and the fat part of my palm below my thumb. I have only used it frozen but it felt amazing. Very much worth the purchase. Snug but not too tight gives me the right amount of pressure.”
“I bought this product for carpal tunnel pain relief. This product takes 2 hours to “freeze†and then immediately loses all ability to ice wrist by *at most* 10 minutes. It loses actual icing ability after about 2 minutes. I understand this is a gel freezing product and they are not meant to be long lasting, but even gel freezer packs have lasted about 30 minutes. I don't know about y'all, but this is not nearly long enough to provide relief from my pain. Do not buy if you are looking for pain relief.”
