“OMG! I just got my TheraICE hand ice packs and they are incredible. I was diagnosed with De Quervain's tenosynovitis a couple of weeks ago and have struggled with regular ice packs. “I like this product, but unfortunately for me, I need the most help at my thumb. This product is missing the cooling gel at the thumb. I have to wear the device sideways, so it doesn't fit great for me. It will be fine for you if you don't need cooling at the thumb.”

“Product is great for aches and pains,, butI think it could've used a longer sleeve and a rounded stitch shape to the thumb hole. I have larger hands so the sharp angular cut in the hole digs into the webbing of my thumb sometimes. So I slide it up higher on my hand but then it doesn't cover a lot of my wrist like I want it to. But still a great product and it helps recovery a lot.”
