“I love it for the 2 Mins it stays hot. Bought for TMJ but you get what you paid for. I wouldn't recommend it for heat but I bet it would stay cold for a while. Definitely would be good for wisdom teeth removal. Just didn't like. Fits on the head fine and don't slip. Mixed emotions”
