“I bought this because it covered the chin unlike many other heat/ice packs and it looked nice. It only stayed warm for a couple of minutes though and it quickly went down to room temperature. I also knew that I would probably have to adjust the strap to make it larger before buying. I added on a cloth strip that is about five inches long. Overall I wouldn't recommend this product at all because it doesn't serve its main purpose well at all. (It is soft though)”
