“Got this for post-wisdom teeth removal to have an extra option. Easy enough to use and decently comfortable (though a little snug on the patient and not adjustable)… however, no matter how long we left it in the freezer, it didn't seem to get very cold or retain what coldness it did have very long. It would have been better than nothing, but the one sent home from the oral surgeon was MUCH more effective.”
“I purchased this cold wrap and loved it so much I decided to have a back up to alternate between cold and heat for my TMJ.I received it today and it's so small it barley wraps around my face, it's very tight and uncomfortable. I called TRAKK to see if they could send a new one because it's a One Size Fits All and I it was so much trouble for them to help I should have just processed the return myself! I would really like to have a second one but I'm worried it may be too tight again and TRAKK says this company doesn't offer replacements”
