TRAKK Hot & Cold Shoulder Ice Pack Wrap For Help Shoulder Injury Reviews

4.5 Rating 34 Reviews
I've used this gel pack multiple times now over the course of weeks. It hasn't significantly helped my shoulder pain. And I think the reason why is pretty clear - it just doesn't get cold enough. I've left it in the freezer for over 24 hours before trying it and it still just isn't cold enough. And the problem is definitely not my freezer which tends to make food items a little TOO cold, so it's got to be the gel material inside this pack. It's comfortable enough to wear and it may be cold enough to help relieve some minor pain for others, but overall, I found using this provided only a small amount of pain relief at best for me personally.

This ComfiTech Ice pack is the best I've used to-date for the following key reasons: its extra large size allows me easily cover my primary area for using it — from my lower spine, over my glutes and down my upper hamstrings; it has sufficient weight to enable it to stay “in place” without slipping off when laying on my stomach; its special gel allows the pack to stay flexible and comfortable from the moment it's removed from the freezer, providing just the right amount of cold therapy for about 20 minutes so that it feels quite cold, rather than too icy. In addition, I appreciate that it comes with two adjustable bonus straps to enable it to help secure the pack easily when used on the elbow, knee or shoulder. However, I find the straps somewhat difficult to use - without assistance - to secure the ice pack to my lower back/glutes/hamstring; although this is not something I often need to do so it's not a major inconvenience.

Well made, large ice pack. Perfect for addressing injuries to back, shoulders, knees or other large areas.

I was so excited to try this product. Sadly, this is designed for children or anorexic waifs and there is no way this will fit over a normal arm without cutting off circulation. Also, the way the straps are designed, it is completely awkward to put on by yourself. Especially on your left shoulder. If this would come in a normal size with straps that are able to be fastened ambidextrously, it would be a perfect product. As it is at the moment, it's unusable

I have terrible shoulder pain, and this brace helps me so much. It is made from a thick neoprene material that is comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. It provides much needed support and cooling to the affected area. I like the Velcro strap. It helps give the strap the perfect fit.

We ordered the Large size. It would not fit over my bicep. The strap wouldn't comfortably fit around my torso. This product is not made to fit adult people of North America.

I am a skinny person and the velcro bands still don't reach. Why didn't they make them longer. Good idea but poor execution. I don't recommend

What I love more than the size of this cooling mat is the weight of it. It has a decent enough heft that if you place this on your back while laying on your stomach, enough pressure is applied to keep it in place, and effectively do it's job. I had one before that was really think and cheap and I would use it under a tight camisole or my bathrobe with the belt tied tight to keep it from falling off and feel it.I would certainly recommend this one.
