You can use it standing, sitting or laying down without feeling like your lower back has cold bulges on it.The Velcro belt is wide so I feel like it doesn't dig into my stomach or cut off circulation. Again, providing movement WITH the body.As with anything, I would recommend measuring before buying. There is some stretch in the fabric and the Velcro also offers personalization in size.The large back gel pack has excellent coverage. I really like the soft and easy to cool gel material on the inside.”
