With the easy to use velcro straps, it stays wear you need it and provides about an hour off cool relief. My husband also used this on his knee pain. It wouldn't stay on your knee while walking, but is great for when your sitting watching tv. Overall, a great ice pack!”
“I suffer from chronic back and neck pain and get weekly deep tissue massages that leave my muscles hammered and sore so I always have to ice after each massage. That used to be super inconvenient because I had to find an hour that I could just sit somewhere to lay on ice packs. This is great because I can just wear it under my clothes and continue about my busy day taking care of my 2 young kids. “My main beef with a lot of these is how stiff they get when frozen but not this one. It's soft even right out of the freezer, and retains its cold pretty good. I injured my lower back over my tailbone and this helps a lot with the pain. It's comfortable too. It conforms to my body. I recommend it.”
