“I have chronic pain in my tailbone/lower back from an older injury there and this helps relieve some pain. It really is a one size fits most wrap because of how much the straps stretch and are very accommodating for different sizes. It is comfortable to wear and I can use it while walking around and doing things. The straps do well at securing it in place.”

“This is a pretty neat thing. For someone with a back that acts up sometimes – sometimes I need to ice it – and sometimes I need to heat it. This thing is not good for retaining heat, though – do not bother. After all that is what heating pads are for. But for the cold – this thing works like a charm. First it is cool taken at room temp. the gel is just naturally cool and stays col for a bit. If you pop it in the freezer – it gets MUCH colder. It really does retain the coldness too. You could use this on other parts of the body but it is shaped well for the lower back. The straps are nice and stretchy and very adjustable – lots of give. It is a really nice size – like the entire back width – plus the shape dips down a bit – so it contours to your lower back pretty fully. I thought this might come with a shoulder cross strap like some back supports you use to move furniture as that is how some of the pics online – as well as in the directions look. “it get's could, you have to be be careful as it gets a pretty cold temperature. It colds down the area which has the sensation of relief the pain, then your body sends blood to that area and it fils warm... its my feelings I am not therapeutist or something.”
“I wear this belt all the time, even while sleeping! I forget I am wearing it because it is so well made a dream to wear. I had surgery 5 years ago due to degenerative disk disease. Since that time I have been really uncomfortable while moving. A few times I have had to use a walker. This pack really helps my discomfort. I have been able to move constantly for up to four hours without being exhausted. I am so glad I purchased it. As soon as I am able I will get another 'just in case'. I would hate to need to replace the belt and have it unavailable at that time.”
“This ComfiTECH Ice Pack for Back is so unique! It is a thick covered gel pack that is soft and smooth. I can wear it directly against my skin right out of the freezer. It never freezes rock solid. It has a super strong Velcro strap that does not come loose unless I adjust it. The part that is against the back goes high up so it is also like having lumbar support as well.
