TRAKK Hot & Cold Tight Knee Pack For Help Recovery Knee Pain Relief Reviews

4.4 Rating 82 Reviews
This product is one of my favorite purchases on my healing journey for a broken foot. I have been using it straight out of the freezer for a few months now so I can say that I am happy with the quality. I am petite and wear a size 6.5 shoe and they sent me a large and it fits wonderfully.

These are very comfortable and easy to use, the only down side is the coldness literally only lasts for about 15 minutes. They need to find a way to make them stay cold for longer than such a short period of time. I read a review, and it said that, but I thought I would try anyway for myself. Wish now I had not purchased, don't get me wrong they are comfortable, but just not much pain relief, in the way if cold relief of swollen sore feet 😢😢

I used this product for a knee tear and it helped me to get to sleep at night. I just wished it stayed colder longer.

This is an amazing product. Having suffered with plantar fasciitis at times I need to ice my heel and ankle. These are great to reach the area and apply ice for at least 20 minutes 3x a day. The best feature is that I can do hot and cold. The only concern might be that the seam is thin and may not hold up for extended time with lots of use if you have larger feet and ankles. They do have a good amount of stretch to go on larger feet. I have a size 9 women's foot and it easily accommodates my swollen feet.

This is day 3 using this product. It's comfortable and all but the temperature gets back to room temperature within 10 minutes. It was in the freezer overnight. Goes on easy and is flexible and comfortable. You realistically get about 6-8 minutes of actual cold temp to ice an ankle.

It's definitely convenient to ice your foot but it doesn't snug close around your foot and it doesn't stay cold very long either.
