“The 1st pillow I ordered was to firmed, BUT.....thanks to good customer service, Sleep Innovations surprisingly quickly replaced it and sent me a new one!! The replacement was 100% better! I sleep a lot better now, I don't even need my cpap machine anymore! I'm changing my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars!”
“It's an OK pillow; however it is not the same pillow that they used to make. My mom bought me this brand of pillow about 4 years ago, I lost it in a fire and finally wanted to get a new one. This isn't the same pillow as before unfortunately it's not as firm even the foam color is different. I'm just disappointed in the change. The foam also seems cheaper than the one I had, guess that's how things are now I guess.”
“I have a chronic neck injury so pillows are very important to me. This one is the only one I can use that doesn't cause more pain in the morning. I like to put an ice pack on my neck every night and morning and the pillow doesn't go hard from the cold like some pillows do.”

“I have been buying this pillow for years- couple things I'm upset about the last couple of times I purchased:The cover used to me a velvety microfiber which was soft and comfortable to use - even sometimes more comfortable than a pillow case, zippered and could be washed. The last couple of times I got this pillow, it had a quilted case which is cheap and scratchy like the 70's robe I remember was so popular at one time. I had been taking off the new case and putting my old microfiber cases on the new pillows, but the zippers have finally broken and the old comfortable cases are stained from years of use.Next, the foam doesn't seem as supportive as it once was. It feels almost barely there...doesn't give the neck and shapelier alignment I originally bought it for because the density has decreased. It was soft and supportive before the company started changing the materials and design.This is still a great alternative to a regular pillow you could find in any old store, and if you are a side sleeper it still makes a difference, just not as good as the original.”
“This is a GREAT pillow. I have tried other pillows, but still woke up with a sore neck. I move around too much when I sleep. The notch to allow room for my shoulder seems to be the key. I will definitely buy it again, and recommend it!”
