“This pillow came promptly and in good condition. I have a serious back problem and have been using a standard bed pillow for years to elevate some discomfort when sleeping. This cushion does not hold it's shape, becomes too flat between my knees in a short period of time. I went back to using my bed pillow.”

“My previous review: The reason I couldn't give a 5 star review is because the very first time I removed the quilted cover to launder it, the zipper broke. So I can't fully close the cover over the cushion. I washed it on a hand wash cycle in a mesh laundry bag, and dried on very low heat.Today I received a replacement (without even having to ask!).”
