“Fabric nice and soft. Strap wraps around one leg. Good for me as I forget it is on. Helps seperate legs, but is not real long. I did not pay attention to the measurements. I need full leg separation to sleep on side due to hip dislocation. I don't have pain, so not a pain reliever for me.”
