“The massage and heat work. On the car seat, The lower massage nodule hits me right in the middle of my back and is very uncomfortable in no massage mode. I really can't use it because of that. Another pad over it might help and I will try. My present car seat heats but doesn't massage Massage is great on long trips. My last car had massage seats and I miss them.”
“It really works well. Had a fancy one for approximately 18 years that gave up the old ghost, so saw the prices of the "fancy ones" and decided to go with this one and very glad I did. If you don't mind not having a controller on a cord, which only got in the way, but rather, a button in the fabric for heat and variable speed vibration, it's definitely worth the money. “I love a good vibrating chair massager. To me the shiatsu ones are too rough and generally leave me more bruised than relaxed. This homedics massager is okay. I've had it for almost two years. The vibration is good. It has two levels of vibe. I prefer the stronger of the two when my back kicks up most. The only time I really use the low level is when I'm driving a long distance. It helps relieve the fatigue of sitting for long periods like that.I also like that it has heat to double team these achy back muscles. Unfortunately my heat has stopped working. I need that fire! I actually think the heat was more effective for my pain than the vibration is. Which sucks now that I only have the vibrate.Another con is that this mat gets uncomfortable after a while. The knobs inside kinda protrude and make my chair that much more uncomfortable. Maybe you wouldn't notice in a soft chair like a recliner but I use this in my desk chair while working so there's not much cushion to disguise those inner nodules. My conclusion there are better massage mats than this.”
