“1. the buttons are extremely hard to push and actually cause pain to my thumb and/or fingers2. the level of vibration is far too subtle3. the "seat" actually causes the barely-vibrating part to slip out of position MORE easily4. the barely-vibrating portion is TOO SMALL.5. my old back massage device that I bought for $15 at Walmart several years ago was far, far superior. I will go back to Walmart and buy another one from them.”
