“I bought this for my mom as a Christmas present, I opened it up and tested it before wrapping and its pretty legit, It has two speeds for the massager and well for me both speeds are good. It also come with the car charger!! Which is great! and as for the heating I tried to sit on it for a minute or two I didn't feel much heat, but I think you have to sit on it for a few minutes so it can heat up? I dont know but I mainly bought it for the massager! Oh and it was NOT BLACK it was like a faded black almost BROWN! But eh, like I said I just bought it mainly for the massager, good price.”

“I am on my 3rd cushion massager. The first one lasted me for several years before it quit, so I ordered another off of TRAKK. It lasted me only a few months before the connection of the cord to the plug-in came apart. Since it was out of warranty, I bit the bullet and ordered what I thought was a better model. Well, the exact same thing happened to my current cushion that I purchased in April! I love the cushion and it really helps my back with the heat and the gentle massage, but I won't be purchasing another one because of this flaw. It would be nice if the manufacturer would offer replacement cords or better yet, make the cords to last in the first place.”
