“Got it for Christmas for her, and she uses it all the time. It's a little loud, but not unbearable. Seems to function well, and this far, we've had no issues with it whatsoever. Great buy for the price!”
“First off I'm 6-1. And it's too small for me by far. But that wasn't the primary problem. I never even got to turning on the heater or massager because there were two small rocks (mechanical boxes) in different areas of the back area of the cushion, making it impossible to be comfortable with this against the car seat. They stuck into my back whether I moved the cushion up or down on the seat. Have no idea what the other reviewers are talking about. I would avoid this product like a small plague!”
