“You get what you pay for. It was $18. Wish the heat got a little hotter. Wish the massage was actually massage and not just vibration, but...you're not going to get that for $18. Attempted to use this in my office chair but it just got moved to uncomfortable angles with me sitting on it. Better for use in the car. I will use it on longer road trips.”

“I've been searching for a massage cushion that I could use to have a nice 40 minute massage. Every massager I've seen before always has a timer that stops at either 15 or 20 minutes.I wanted one without a timer so I could have a nice 40 minute, uninterrupted massage. This is that massager.It isn't a "rolling" kind of massage but a vibrational massage and the heat feature works fine, too.It's relaxing. I come home, lay it on my bed (you can straighten it out to do that), then use my iPod's timer so that I can be alerted when it hits 40 minutes.Lots of vibration, nice heat. Great price. “This finally came in, but i order it during the holidays. When it came in, the packaging was really loose. it look like someone could have opened it..not a lot of care was put into the packaging itself. When i put this in my car, where it was going since I'm a driver by my career, it fit small measuring against my body. Im 5ft 10inches tall and thin. The bottom part of this product was as long as half my thigh, and the back part was up to my shoulders at least. The massaging part is only in the back part and not in the bottom part. The heat is in the bottom part. it has enough cushion throughout, but its not meant for tall people..too short.”
“I purchased this product and just received it. But I am reading the instructions and says it is not recommended for people with diabetes. On your website says nothing about people who can not use these products. I want to know why it is not recommended for diabetics. I think I wasted my money.”
“Great product! Ordered for my mother in law so she could have heated seats in our auto. Was somewhat disappointed that only the back cushion and not the seat cushion heats up. None the less, she is enjoying the cushion mainly in her living room for the heat on her back and massage features. Hope Homedics will make a version of this cushion with a heated seat feature also.”
