The mask is very comfortable and works well for a variety of white noises. I haven't used the bluetooth. As another reviewer mentioned, the ear pieces are way behind my ears. On inspecting them, I was able to slide them forward for an exact fit over my ear. They are also comfortable to lay on. ZZZZZ

If you've tried to sleep through the night with earplugs to block out noise, you know what I'm talking about. The absolutely gross feeling of moisture trapped in your ear canal, at best it is itchy and just gross, at worst it leaves you with an outer ear infection. If there is too much light or noise, I cannot fall asleep. As mention above, I tired of swamp ear and while our blinds work well at blocking out the light most nights, not when there is a partial or full moon. This mask seemed worth a try to handle both problems and so far, it is working great. I fall asleep quickly, and at some point, unconsiously remove the mask without waking up the rest of the night. I like that the speakers are movable within the band so you can have them closer or further away from your ear depending on preference. I have only used the in-mask white noise so far, and look forward to trying the bluetooth with a meditation app if I need is... so far, I haven't.One tip, make sure you open and charge the mask before you are ready for bed. It takes about 2 hours to charge. I would have been disappointed to realize that at the last minute.

I work overnights, so sleep during the day. I found that these blocked all light and was able to immediately connect to Bluetooth without any issue. Battery lasts the entire time I'm asleep. Nice to have nature sounds, too.

Tried to use one night - after a full charge it only lasted 20 minutes - cheaply made and basically junk!

The Bluetooth never worked. It wouldn't connect to anything.

It is too bulky to wear as a night mask, better suited for occasional use while traveling.

I like that these are comfortable but I don't like that if you accidentally push a button in your sleep (I toss and turn) the mask will actually say turning off right in your ear so be ready for that. All I wanted to hear was soothing music playing no one needs to talk to tell me it's on or off :(
